The brief was to change the culture of the senior team to enable them to achieve even better results.
We developed a bespoke Executive Leadership Team building programme with NLP and Insights Discovery as a core components. Working one to one and then as a team. Then we rolled out the key learnings through to the managers. We knew that was working well because of the results seen in the business and the amount of positive talk around the office about behaviours and personality styles!
Those that hadn’t been on the initial two programmes were keen to learn more about their own personal styles and those around them in order to work more effectively and achieve better outcomes.
The latest Insights Training was a huge success, with an average delegate score of 9.7 out of 10.
