On this occasion, we were asked to comment on the pay gap between men and women, and why women in the UK continue to earn less. As a public speaking expert, Dee’s explains why she feels that women are generally not as adept at asserting themselves in the boardroom and communicating their value and asking for a pay rise or promotion.
