Simply Amazing! Double Semi-finalist in the Venus Business Awards!

How exciting I (Dee Clayton) am chuffed to share with you that last night I was selected as a Semi-Finalist in not one, but two categories of the Dorset Venus Business Awards 2017.

The Venus Awards recognise businesses and women across the UK, encouraging them to reach their full potential.  The Small Business category sponsored by Dutton Gregory is to reward “a small business with a big attitude“! I am delighted that our successes in creating an innovative and unique presentation skills training business that addresses the deep rooted problem of public speaking fear and nerves (rather than gloss over them) has been recognised. The judges last night said “selecting the semi-finalists was a very tough job due to the high quality of applicants”.

The Marketing & PR category is to acknowledge “a business that stands out” and I hope that through the unique “Taming Your Public Speaking Monkeys” book and concept the judges, future clients and Licensees can see that I have created an approachable and effective way to encourage professionals to tackle their public speaking fear. A task that is often perceived as impossible!

This has been a particularly exciting couple of years for Simply Amazing Training as we are expanding. I am delighted to have welcome on board our first licensee Marion Hewitt. She had already had fantastic results with her clients. I’m now looking for more licensees to join us from across the UK and bring their unique skills to the business. All applicants must be NLP Practitioner trained and will receive additional full training from me.  I hope that by raising our profile with these awards I will be able to reach even more potential licensees so we can crack on with Taming the whole of the UK’s Public Speaking Monkeys!
